Booking is one email. Here's how to write it.

No form, no calendar widget, no qualification call you have to schedule. You write, we confirm the scope in writing, and only then does an invoice exist.

Write to hello@deployerproof.com

Read within hours, answered within one business day — the practice runs on Indian Standard Time, so a message sent in the European morning usually has its reply by your afternoon.

One check before you write: if your bot lives inside Intercom, Zendesk, or another platform's widget, don't book. Those platforms ship their own disclosure controls, and we would be selling you something you already have. This service is for bots and generative features you built yourself on the OpenAI, Anthropic or Google API. Unsure which side you're on? Say so in the email — sorting that out costs you nothing.

What to put in the booking email

Four things let us confirm scope in a single round-trip instead of three:

  • Company and website — who you are and where you operate from.
  • Product URL — where the bot or AI feature lives. A staging link or a short screen recording works if it sits behind a login.
  • What the AI does — support chat, generated emails or documents, voice, an answer box. One sentence per feature, and what it's built on.
  • Where your users are — EU member states, UK, US states, elsewhere. This drives the jurisdiction overlay.

What happens after you send it

  • You get a written scope confirmation: the touchpoints we'll cover, the jurisdictions, the price. If we're not the right tool — platform bot, no AI-facing users — we say so here, and no invoice is ever raised.
  • You confirm, and the invoice follows — payable by bank transfer, SEPA for EU clients. No card, no checkout page.
  • The 48-hour delivery window starts when the payment lands, not when the invoice is dated. If the report is late, the fee comes back in full — the terms put that in writing.
